Being new to the area and trying to manage the renovations on house built in 1875 have been problematic to say the least.  Well that was until I came across Lee’s company.  Lee was recommended to me and I must say that I cannot highly recommend his company enough.  Lee has visited my home and carried out an assessment of what was required, identifying options for re-routing extremely poor and old historical pipework and plumbing.  The work that has been done so far has been first class.  What I really like about Lee is that he is contactable and if he says someone will be there - they will.  There are no empty promises or excuses with Lee’s company and that goes along way these days.

I contacted Lee in sheer desperation having been let down by another company who were project managing some renovations on my house.  What struck me immediately was Lee’s responsiveness, the fact that he returned phone calls and texts and delivers exactly what he says he is going to do.  

Lee literally came to the rescue and organised a builder, plasterer and plumber to complete the necessary works prior to the new carpets going in.  Lee and his tradesmen were professional, hard working and stuck to the timescales.  So much so that we have booked Lee’s company for more work and would highly recommend his company. Quite simply, Lee is straightforward, open, honest and delivers on what he promises, which is a rare trait!
